Bentley Continental GT S Bespoke Duo By Mulliner Get a Race Car Scale Model

Bentley via bespoke division Mulliner belatedly celebrated the Continental GT3’s win at the 2020 Bathurst 12 Hours. The ultra-luxury British brand decided to wait until the launch of the Continental GT S in Australia to deliver its high-end coupe a special edition to mark the race car’s performance in grueling endurance races. . Not one but two vehicles were created, with both taking inspiration from the winning #7 race car

After breaking records in 2022 by building 500 custom cars, Mulliner is off to a strong start in 2023 with the brightly colored Apple Green Continental GT featuring a contrasting Beluga Black Roof. Dark accents extend to the underside of the bumper, side mirror caps and trunk lid. Polished black has replaced all standard bright chrome while the number seven has been painted onto the grille to echo the race car. Bentley has also added Styling Specifications which include a carbon fiber front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser.

The interior is much nicer than what you’d find in a race car as the Continental GT S has a Beluga with Apple Green leather upholstery with “Bathurst” stitching on the headrests. Additionally, the treadplate says “One in Two” to indicate the rarity of the vehicle while a metal overlay from the race track adorns the passenger side of the carbon fiber-coated dashboard. Rounding off the changes is win #7 and the names of the racers on the center console.

As for the rest of the car, it has been painted in Tempest Silver to mirror the second-generation Continental GT3 that was launched towards the end of 2017. It also gets Styling Specs and black chrome accents, along with a unique cabin. Both vehicles are bundled with a 1:18 scale model of the winning car as well as a commemorative framed artifact.

Motivation is provided by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 542 horsepower and 770 Newton-meters (568 pound-feet) of torque for 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in four seconds. Being the S version, this special edition duo from Bentley and Mulliner has a sports exhaust as standard equipment.
