The space in these car parks is intended exclusively for the movement of goods every day at any time, 7 days a week and is also indicated on the respective signs. So whoever violates this rule violates the no-parking ban and takes a risk all the consequences that derive from it.
The trick to take advantage of the parking reserved for unloading goods without risking fines
But be careful because there is a trick that can be applied to avoid a fine when you have nowhere to leave your car and that is the only empty space. If the sign indicates the unloading of goods from 8 to 20 on weekdays, it means that at night and on holidays you can park your car or any other means without risking getting fined.

If you were to park in the areas dedicated to loading and unloading goods without respecting the parking ban, you risk fines ranging from 24 to 97 euros for motorcycles and mopeds. And then from 41 to 168 euros for all vehicles starting from cars.
