When driving a car you have to pay attention to every detail, because even the slightest mistake can lead to huge fines, even if only because of the incorrect behavior of a passenger.

Article 140 provides for fines for those who drive in an erratic manner, while article 141 increases the dose by stating that the driver’s hands must always remain free on the steering wheel for sudden manoeuvres.
Penalties range from €87 to €344. Many are unaware of the fact that the rule doesn’t apply just because who is it driving any vehicle but also for passengers who are not exempt from compliance with the rules.
You cannot travel by exposing any part of your body outside the window, no arms, no hands, no head, much less feet. Unfortunately it often happens to even see children leaning out freely from the window, there is nothing more dangerous.
Regardless of who commits this infraction you run the risk of getting a fine of €338. The responsibility lies with the driver who must pay attention to all the behavior of those traveling in his car unless he wants to have criminal problems.
