At the “Palacongressi di Rimini IEG Expo” i FIM Awards, the end-of-season ceremony in which the International Federation paid homage to the new world champions of all motorcycling categories. A non-random location, given that it is the Rider’s Land, where champions are born and trained, a few kilometers from the headquarters of Ducati Racingwho in 2022 dominated the MotoGP championship far and wide, winning the Triple Crown, and the SBK World Championship.

A particular one dedicates the reserve to its master Valentino Rossiwho welcomed him into his VR46 Riders Academy for nearly a decade. Under his aegis he grew up, perfected his riding style, forged his character, trained in a competitive environment, gathered his wise advice. “I’m lucky enough to be able to spend a lot of time with Valentino, I know I’m lucky because I can ask him things that not everyone can ask him.
