The Mansory Vitesse Continental GTC Is Two-Tone Madness Not For Everyone

Posted on

Mansory is best known for recreating engines that are sometimes quite unrecognizable. This one-off Mansory Vitesse Bentley is one odd remake.

For the uninitiated, this latest Mansory Vitesse refers to the equally polarizing Vitesse Rose from 2009 based on the Continental GT Speed from that year. This is the first custom colored model Mansory has ever made.

For its newest namesake, the car is based on the Bentley Continental GT Convertible but beefed up to attract more attention than usual. And typical of Mansory, definitely not for everyone.

For example, the Vitesse one-of-one comes in two-tone paint, with black and yellow as the main motifs. The two-tone theme cuts the Bentley Continental GTC in half, with the yellow section dominating most of the two-tone finish. A set of black Mansory wheels come with yellow accents.

And of course, Mansory showered the once-luxurious roadster with a body kit, most likely made of carbon fiber.

The “wasp” theme continues inside. The colors of the seats are mismatched, while the entire cabin comes with a very contrasting color theme. The center console is adorned with a Mansory Vitesse nameplate that reads “One of One”.

The exact power unit of the latest Mansory Vitesse isn’t specified and tuning isn’t involved, but Mansory details the numbers coming from under the hood. According to its limited social media release, the Continental GT Convertible now produces up to 740 horsepower (552 kilowatts) and 752 pound-feet (1,020 Newton-meters) of torque. Top speed is Vmax-rated at 206 miles per hour (332 kilometers per hour), with the roadster having the capability to reach 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.3 seconds from a standstill.

For reference, the new Bentley Continental GT Convertible uses a twin-turbo V8 engine that develops up to 542 hp (404 kW) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque.
